Palm Body Brush

16.00

Did Bon Appétit lead you here? Amazing! We’re used to shipping really heavy things like pottery, so our shipping is set at a $9.50 flat rate. If you just wanna get the body brush, your shipping shouldn’t be $9.50! Go ahead and make the purchase and we’ll reach out to refund you the difference in what your shipping truly came out to be. xox, Team East Fork

This Japanese body brush made of woven palm fibers has found a permanent home on our shower hooks. Besides making your skin feel as soft as a baby's tush, other benefits of this heavy duty exfoliating brush include increasing circulation, improving digestion and kidney function, reducing cellulite (ahem), relieving stress, improving the lymphatic system - basically it's magic.

Kamenoko Tawashi brushes have been popular in Japan for over a century and have since spread across the world. Invented by Seizaemon Nishio in 1907, they continue to be made with the same raw material - woven palm fibers.

Everyday Oil
from 22.00

I'm not gonna lie - I was pretty skeptical about the idea of slathering oil on my already oil-prone skin, trendy as it may be - but this stuff has made me a believer. It's great for oil cleansing, removing goopy eye makeup, body moisturizing - you can even sub it out for your icky chemical-based deodorant. Literally everything. It smells equal parts beachy and backyard garden-y and absorbs into your skin super fast. I'm also a sucker for the cool girl, minimal packaging. Carry this everywhere - everyday. - Erin

Sparrow for Everyone True Essential Oil
from 32.00

Excuse me while we gush for a second: this is the most game-changing apothecary product we've ever had the pleasure of using.  For real, though!

Use it as an after-shower moisturizer, nighttime face oil, or - if you're ready for a personal skin care revolution - ditch facial cleansers completely and get on the oil-cleansing train.  Since all of us in the shop have made the switch to washing our faces with this oil alone, all we do all day is tell each other how ravishing we look.

Here's the scoop:

  • A combination of 12 Shaman approved essential oils like sweet orange, rosewood, pepper, borage seed oil, and black cumin oil
  • 100% organic or ecologicallly ethical oils and non-GMO Vitamin E
  • No animal testing, no artificial fragrance, no synthetic ingredients.
  •  20mL bottle stands 3" tall

Cleanser for everyone— Skip the soap and use True Essential Oil as your cleanser. Apply generously to a cosmetic pad and remove any make-up, surface dirt and spent skin cells from face and neck. Rinse with warm water and blot dry with a clean cloth.

Moisturizer for everyone— Face AM: Apply 1-2 drops to freshly cleansed, damp or dry face and neck. Face PM: Use liberally as a nightly balancing treatment. Body: Use freely on damp or dry skin wherever moisture is needed. True Essential Oil is also an aftersun skin-saver.

Aftershave for everyone— Use as an aftershave for face or body. Natural antiseptic and moisturizing properties soothe and renew freshly shaved skin.
