Sarah owns BK17 Bakery in New York and teaches workshops worldwide on leavening, fermenting, and horticulture. She also authored the James Beard award-winning book, Sourdough: Recipes for Rustic Fermented Breads, Sweets, Savories, and More. We're hosting her as part of a traveling dinner series, By Hand, featuring Sarah's food alongside ceramic artists across the country, and also to celebrate the release of her latest book, Toast + Jam.
